If you need to change or reschedule your appointment, you can either log in to your Planway account and manage your booking yourself, or call us at 5525-0006

Please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests made by SMS/text message are not accepted.

Cancellations must be made at least 10 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 10 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
